Find help for your app

Account, purchases and earned credits

Open your profile from any Patchman app to review your account and credit balance. Use Help to revisit a product walkthrough or open its guides. Landing and Account link to standalone written help instead of walkthroughs. Credit purchases and rewarded-ad activity are managed centrally by Patchman Account.

Contact support

Email support@patchman.io for help with an app, sign-in, a purchase or a reward. Include the app name, what you were trying to do, the time of the problem, your browser and any support code. For a purchase or reward enquiry, include its reference number when available.

Protect your information

Do not send passwords, payment-card details, recovery links, access tokens or storage credentials. Remove personal details from screenshots. Describe a private file before sharing it; provide a sample only when needed and through a method agreed with support.

Privacy and security concerns

Send privacy requests and confidential security reports to support@patchman.io. Explain the affected app and the concern without accessing another person's data or publishing an exploit. Read the privacy policy and data-handling guide for more information.
