Sign in from the app you are using
Choose the profile control in a Patchman header to open Account. The same account works across the suite, so you do not need a separate identity for every creative tool. Register with an email address you can access, choose your password and complete the required profile details.
Account opens as its own interface inside a shared modal. A centered spinner indicates that it is loading. If loading fails, use the offered reload or Account link; a failure is not a reason to enter credentials into a different or improvised sign-in form. Close the modal to return to your work.
Account uses written help rather than an in-app walkthrough. Keep this guide open beside your workspace if you want to follow the steps at your own pace.
Review and update your profile
Your signed-in profile shows your identity, email, profile image and actual credit balance. Update the available profile fields, save the change and check that the new information appears. Your header avatar is a shortcut back to this shared account interface.
Profile changes do not move a project to another person or change the owner of a connected mailbox or storage library. Use the relevant app's sharing controls when you mean to grant access to work, rather than sharing your account password.
Understand your wallet before spending
Account maintains the wallet used by credit-consuming Patchman operations. The base accounting rate is 1,000 credits per US dollar. Starter includes 10,000 credits for $10; Growth includes 27,500 for $25; Power includes 60,000 for $50. Larger packs therefore reduce the unit price; see the pricing page for the public comparison.
A paid action displays cost information before you begin. A fixed action shows its charge. Variable work shows a maximum that you approve and that can be reserved while the job runs. After actual usage is settled, unused reserved credits are released. Do not treat a pending reservation as a second completed purchase.
If the balance is insufficient, review the quote or add credits instead of repeatedly starting the same job. Credit information belongs to the specific operation and request settings, so changing model, duration or resolution can require a fresh quote.
Buy a credit pack and check the result
Open credit management from your profile, choose a pack and review the checkout amount before paying. A pack purchases the stated credits; recurring charges require an expressly disclosed recurring arrangement. Keep the receipt or transaction reference.
After checkout, return to Account and check the confirmed wallet state. Closing the payment page, following a return URL or seeing a client-side confirmation alone does not prove that payment was delivered. If a purchase is pending or the credits are missing, check its recorded status and contact support with its reference. Do not pay a second time merely to make a pending screen disappear.
For cancellation or refund questions, read the payment terms and contact support. Do not email payment-card numbers, passwords or recovery codes.
Choose rewarded videos voluntarily
The Ads image control opens Account's rewarded-video area. Review the available offer and promised credits, then choose to watch only if you want to. Inventory depends on the provider, your region and applicable consent or eligibility; a provider option does not promise that a video is always available.
A qualifying reward must be verified and assigned to your account. Test videos and duplicate callbacks do not create earnings. If a genuine completion is missing, retain its attempt or transaction reference and ask support to investigate. Credits are for eligible Patchman services, not cash withdrawal or transfers to another user.
Declining or closing a video does not remove your normal access or purchased balance. You do not need to click an advertiser's link, buy an item, install an app or finish a survey to complete a video-only reward.
Recover access and sign out safely
Use the password recovery action from sign-in if you cannot remember your password. Request it for the email associated with your account, follow the valid recovery link and choose a new password. If a link has expired, request a new one rather than forwarding or reusing another person's link.
Sign out from your profile when finished on a shared device. Signing out ends account access in that session; it is different from deleting your account, removing locally saved browser data or disconnecting an external service. Use the app's integration settings to revoke a connection and its content controls to manage saved work.
Get help and manage privacy requests
The Help interface links to written guidance, answers and support@patchman.io. Include the affected app, what happened and a safe reference number. A support code is useful context, not a substitute for explaining the problem.
Read the Privacy policy to understand account information, files, connected services, cookies and your rights. Contact support for access, correction, export or deletion requests. We may need to verify the account before releasing personal information; never send your password as proof.
