Your agreement with Patchman
These terms govern access to patchman.io, Account and the Patchman suite, including Dowe, Figur, Flux, Fold, Harness, HookBoy, Outpaint, Repaint, Veil and Visualizer. "Patchman", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the service operating under the Patchman name. Our contact is support@patchman.io. By using the services, you agree to these terms and the conditions presented for the features or purchases you select.
You must have legal capacity to agree, or the required permission from a parent or guardian where applicable. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. If a feature has additional terms, review them before using it. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights continue to apply.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials private and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the instructions you or your authorized users submit. Notify us promptly about suspected compromise or unauthorized activity. Do not share or sell account access to bypass a limit or entitlement.
Account provides shared sign-in, profile, credit and access management across Patchman apps. A failure to load Account does not grant access to another person's work or waive authentication. We can require reasonable verification before restoring access or acting on sensitive account requests.
Tools, storage and service limits
Patchman provides document and image editing, creative media processing, storage and sharing, transfers, email organization, campaign planning and authorized publishing. Each operation is subject to the supported formats, browser capabilities, capacity, provider availability and limits shown in the app. Saving a project and downloading an export are separate actions; keep an independent copy of important source material and finished work.
Only features shown as available can be selected. An unavailable integration or a control marked Coming soon does not form part of a completed paid operation. Illustrations and guide examples explain workflows; they do not guarantee identical results on every input or device.
Your content, permissions and intellectual property
You retain the rights you hold in your uploads, prompts, projects and other content. You give Patchman the limited permission needed to host, copy, transmit, adapt, process and display that material to perform your instructions, maintain your saved work, secure the service and deliver it to recipients or providers you select. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated public use of a private project.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for source files, reference images, voices, music, trademarks, mail, linked pages and publishing destinations. A public URL or a reference image does not itself grant reproduction rights. Do not upload or request work that violates another person's copyright, privacy, confidentiality or other rights.
Patchman's software, branding, designs and editorial materials remain protected by their owners' rights. You may use the service and follow our guides for their intended purposes. These terms do not grant ownership of Patchman's name or logo, or override third-party software and model licences.
Acceptable use
Do not use Patchman for unlawful material, deception, impersonation, harassment, exploitation or infringement. Do not send spam, access someone else's account, attempt to bypass security, interfere with infrastructure, scrape private data, defeat a credit or capacity limit, manipulate reward attribution or reverse-engineer private credentials.
Use automated requests only through authorized interfaces and within applicable limits. Do not manufacture ad views, operate reward bots, falsify completion callbacks, create duplicate accounts to evade restrictions or encourage invalid ad interactions. We may investigate suspicious activity and restrict affected operations to protect users and providers.
AI, editing results and review
AI and automatic analysis can produce inaccurate, unsuitable, incomplete or non-unique results. Review outputs and confirm rights before publishing or relying on them. Patchman does not promise that generated material is exclusive or free of third-party claims. Browser-local features process on your device; remote AI actions use the selected provider as described in the Privacy policy.
Document and media tools do not certify legal, financial or professional validity. Whiteout is not secure redaction; a drawn signature is not automatically a certificate-backed digital signature. Compare results with the original, particularly for conversions, OCR, metadata removal and irreversible edits.
Credits and prices
Patchman credits pay for the operations identified in the app. The base accounting rate is 1 US cent for 10 credits, or 1,000 credits per US dollar. Larger purchases include more credits per dollar. The public bundles are Starter: $10 for 10,000 credits; Growth: $25 for 27,500 credits; and Power: $50 for 60,000 credits. Any applicable tax, currency conversion or final checkout amount is shown before you pay.
A bundle purchases the stated credits. It is not an automatically renewing subscription unless a recurring arrangement is expressly described and accepted at checkout. If a recurring product is offered, its billing interval, cancellation method and renewal conditions must be disclosed before acceptance. A purchase does not guarantee every external service will be available at all times.
Credits are a service balance, not a bank deposit, investment, legal tender or payment method outside Patchman. They are not transferable or redeemable for cash except where a refund is required by law or expressly granted through the applicable purchase process. Promotional credits can have specific conditions disclosed when offered; no unannounced expiry or recurring charge is created by these terms.
Quotes, reservations and completed charges
A credit-consuming action displays its fixed cost or a clearly labelled maximum before you start. A variable operation can reserve up to that maximum, settle the actual supported usage and release the unused portion. An operation must not exceed the approved maximum without a new quote and your approval. Review the action's cost information and any genuine discount before confirming.
Cancellation or a provider failure does not always mean no paid processing occurred. We reconcile uncertain submissions rather than automatically replaying them or silently charging a second time. The operation's status and applicable adjustment rules determine the final charge. Contact support with the project or transaction reference if you believe a charge is wrong.
Balances and transaction history are maintained by Account. We can correct duplicate entries, confirmed errors, payment reversals and fraudulent awards with a recorded adjustment. Test activity and a browser-only completion signal cannot authorize a real credit award.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
Checkout is provided through Account with Stripe and Superwall. Payment authorization and confirmed delivery determine when purchased credits are added. Do not assume a closed checkout or a client-side success screen establishes payment. Keep your receipt and report missing credits using the purchase reference rather than sending card details.
To request a purchase cancellation or refund, contact support@patchman.io with the account and transaction involved. We assess the payment status, credits delivered and used, the terms shown at purchase and applicable consumer law. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of statutory cancellation or refund rights, or promise a refund for already consumed services in every case.
A payment reversal can require adjustment of the corresponding credits and review of affected operations. We do not resolve a billing dispute by exposing private payment credentials or requiring you to disclose your password.
Voluntary rewarded videos
You can choose to watch eligible videos through Account to earn Patchman credits. Availability depends on the network, region, eligibility, consent and inventory. The offer states the required completion and reward before playback. There is no promise of a particular number of videos, revenue level or daily earning amount.
Watching is optional. Declining or closing a video does not remove normal access or existing purchased credits. No reward requires clicking an advertisement, buying a product, installing an app or completing an unrelated survey. A reward is assigned only to the account bound to the verified attempt, after the required provider verification; duplicate, invalid and test events do not create credits.
Reward credits are usable only by the receiving account for eligible Patchman services. They cannot be transferred, sold, withdrawn as money or exchanged for gift cards or cryptocurrency. A confirmed invalid completion, provider correction or reversal can lead to a recorded reward adjustment. Contact support if a genuine completion is missing; submitting repeated attempts does not guarantee a second award.
Mail, publishing and connected services
Connect only mailboxes, calendars, storage and social accounts you are authorized to use. You choose permissions, recipients, rules and publishing instructions. Use mail lawfully and do not send spam or unauthorized campaigns. Enabling an automated rule authorizes the actions it describes; review conditions and recipients before turning it on.
Scheduled publishing and delivery depend on provider authorization, connectivity, platform limits and content rules. A scheduled item does not guarantee a successful or punctual post. An uncertain outcome may require reconciliation before a retry to avoid duplicate delivery. Disconnecting a provider does not retract requests already accepted by it.
External platforms and selected providers have their own terms. Follow their policies as well as these terms. Patchman does not guarantee social reach, engagement, inbox placement, provider approval or a business result.
Availability and changes
We maintain the services but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free processing or permanent availability of a particular supplier. Maintenance, security incidents, unsupported devices and provider changes can interrupt features. We can change or discontinue a feature and will provide appropriate notice where a change materially affects an existing paid commitment or law requires it.
We do not treat an advertisement, roadmap statement or example as a guarantee of a feature's suitability for your particular project. Check the relevant limits before purchasing or submitting an operation. Where a service cannot be delivered, applicable adjustments and mandatory consumer remedies remain available.
Suspension, closure and your remedies
You can stop using Patchman and request account closure through support. We may restrict or suspend an account or operation where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a security risk, fraud, a provider requirement, non-payment or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and how to request review, unless doing so would compromise security or a legal obligation.
Closure does not erase outstanding lawful obligations or authorize us to retain all personal content indefinitely. Requests for exports, deletion, disputed balances or required refunds are considered under the applicable rights and service rules.
Responsibility and consumer rights
You are responsible for the instructions you submit, the rights to your content and review of output before use. We are responsible for delivering our services with the care required by applicable law. To the extent the law permits, we do not guarantee fitness for every purpose, uninterrupted service or outcomes controlled by third parties.
Nothing here excludes liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Your statutory rights do not depend on a support reply or agreement to waive them. These terms do not require private arbitration or waive access to courts or other remedies available under applicable law.
Questions, disputes and updates
Write to support@patchman.io for account, purchase, content or service concerns. Include the app, a safe description and relevant project or transaction reference. Do not send passwords, private access keys or full payment card details. We will consider the issue and the available records; you remain free to use the complaint or dispute channels available under applicable law.
The date on this page identifies these terms. Material changes receive an appropriate notice, and changes requiring agreement are not accepted on your behalf merely by updating the website. Read our Privacy policy for information handling and Help centreSupport for practical help.
