How to organise PDF pages

Reorder, duplicate, remove and insert pages to build a finished document.

Before you start

Your source PDFs and the intended final page order.

1. Load the documents

Open Organise and add the PDFs. Identify the cover, main pages and attachments in the thumbnail view.

2. Build the sequence

Move pages into order. Rotate sideways pages, duplicate only when necessary, remove unwanted pages and insert blank separators where useful.

3. Review and export

Inspect the sequence from beginning to end before saving. Compare the output page count with the expected count.

Check the result

Check repeated pages, missing attachments and accidental blank pages. Keep a source copy because removing pages from the new file does not create a recoverable editing history.

What to know

Page organisation works with whole pages. Moving a page does not update references or a table of contents inside the text.
